RETURNS & REFUNDS

The complete satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Items for return must be returned within 14 days in an unused, unopened condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will not be given on products that have been opened unless faulty or defective.

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit back to us, therefore we advise you ship the items with a tracking number. Please provide us with proof of postage.

If the return is due to an error on our part, let us know and we will put this right as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations or exchanges on any orders.

Due to the nature of custom or personalised orders, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives to you defective in any way.
