CAN I CHOOSE A COLOUR FOR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS I ORDER?

Although the colours of wax melts and simmering granules may vary, if you require a specific colour , you can request this when you place your order

WHY DOES MY WAX HAVE WHITE PATCHES

This is known as frosting and is a natural characteristic of soy wax. Frosting indicates we are using a natural product and in no way does it affect the performance or scent of our wax.

WHY IS THERE WHITE SMOKE COMING FROM MY WAX MELT WHEN IT IS BURNING?

The white 'smoke' you may occasionally see coming from the wax melt is not actually smoke but it is vapour. This vapour is the fragrance oil evaporating and can be seen more in some fragrances than others, however, this is nothing to be concerned about.
